Our client is a premier Vehicle Testing and Registration Centre, licensed by the Roads and Transport Authority Dubai (RTA), providing comprehensive vehicle registration, Mulkiya renewal, ownership transfer, and mobile inspection solutions across the UAE.
They are seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth for their Vehicle Registration Company by generating new clients and expanding market presence through proactive outdoor sales, leveraging strong automotive industry knowledge, existing networks, and excellent relationship-building skills while delivering reliable and efficient vehicle registration solutions across the UAE.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with car dealerships, workshops, fleet operators, rental companies, and corporate clients.
- Actively bring individual and corporate clients to register and inspect their vehicles through the company
- Conduct product/service presentations and explain benefits clearly to clients.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales agreements in line with company policies.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the automotive sector.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of services.
- Collect required documents from clients and ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Resolve client concerns and provide after-sales support when required.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company sales procedures.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to management.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Knowledge, Skill & Competencies required
- Minimum 25 years of outdoor sales experience in the Automotive Industry (UAE).
- Strong knowledge of UAE vehicle registration processes and automotive market
- Must have own car with valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sales-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work outdoors and travel across assigned areas in the UAE
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
