Job Description Summary
Rackspace Technology is seeking a high-performing Sales Executive in Riyadh to spearhead the growth of our Professional Services and Managed Services portfolio for Amazon Web Services (AWS). This is a critical, individual quota-carrying role focused on new logo acquisition within the Saudi market. You will act as the primary driver for high-value AWS Cloud, Data, and AI solutions, empowering enterprises to realize the full potential of their digital transformation.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced cloud ecosystem professional, who understands AWS programs, partner incentives, co‑selling motions, and how to create compelling value propositions that drive revenue from net new logo acquisition bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- AWS Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all AWS relationship activity across KSA. Maintain a deep understanding of AWS's partner programs, incentives, competencies, and funding mechanisms (MAP, OSA, ISV Accelerate, etc.).
- Strategic Pipeline Development: Drive aggressive pipeline growth by building and nurturing deep-rooted relationships with Account Executives, Partner Sales and Partner Solutions Teams across AWS KSA.
- New Logo Acquisition: Identify and capture untapped market opportunities through field sales and proactive outbounding, positioning Rackspace as the premier partner for organizations adopting AWS Cloud, Data and AI-led strategies.
- Consultative Selling: Leverage a deep understanding of the KSA enterprise landscape to deliver tailored, outcome-focused solutions that solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborative Deal Execution: Orchestrate complex sales cycles by working in lockstep with internal Rackspace Pre-Sales, Delivery, Finance and Legal teams to ensure seamless solution design and commercial viability.
- Quota Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by leading the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting to contract execution.
