Job Objective

To effectively contribute to the management of corporate travel sales by delivering precise and efficient support that meets client needs, ensuring compliance with local standards, and aiding in the achievement of sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify client needs through proactive communication and active listening.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting potential clients to closing deals.
  • Increase market share and enhance awareness of corporate travel services.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through continuous follow-up and regular communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent in relevant fields such as Tourism, Hospitality, or Marketing.
  • Experience in B2B Sales Minimum of 3 years in the Travel and Tourism sector or with Airlines.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proven experience in managing corporate accounts and closing deals.
  • Effective prospecting and lead generation through networking and research.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, tailoring solutions to meet specific business needs.
