Position Purpose

Ensure that the agreed revenue sales targets, for the priority Channels in the defined territory of Jeddah, are consistently achieved, through the implementation of growth initiatives, market coverage, execution of sales plans and efficient activation of our BOUNCE Programs & Activities.

Our BOUNCE sales vision will shape our ethos and consistent delivery of results, over time.

Building Customer Relationships and creating memorable experiences for our customers is a key imperative for the Sales Executive as is the growth of the overall visibility and communication of our BOUNCE Brand with key stakeholders in our priority Channels

Revenue Ownership & Sales Execution

  • Own and deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets across assigned KSA sales channels.
  • Build and execute territory sales plans aligned with business priorities and seasonal demand.
  • Drive strong conversion rates across inbound leads, outbound outreach and partnership opportunities.
  • Actively grow new business pipelines while expanding spend and engagement with existing customers.

Channel Growth & Market Expansion

  • Lead sales across Education (Schools & Universities), Corporates, Partnerships, Leisure & Tourism.
  • Identify new opportunities within Saudi-specific sectors, events, government-adjacent entities and tourism initiatives.
  • Research, evaluate and recommend commercial partnerships with event agencies, destination management companies, tour operators and travel platforms.

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across assigned accounts.
  • Understand customer needs deeply and translate them into tailored BOUNCE programs and experiences.
  • Represent BOUNCE professionally in meetings, site visits, activations and industry engagements.

Brand Activation & Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Brand & Marketing teams to support school outreach programs, activations and campaigns.
  • Ensure BOUNCE is consistently represented with energy, clarity and brand integrity in the market.
  • Actively contribute to ideas that increase visibility, footfall and commercial impact.

Data, Reporting & CRM Discipline

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within CRM systems (Hubspot or equivalent).
  • Submit daily activity logs, weekly plans and monthly sales reports on time and to standard.
  • Use data and insights to adjust sales strategy and improve performance.

Operational Excellence

  • Plan customer visits efficiently with strong territory and route planning.
  • Use sales tools and budgets responsibly to deliver measurable ROI.
  • Support channel-specific events and initiatives as required by the Head of Sales.

Experience:

Min 3 to 5 years sales experience, preferably in relevant channels and industry sectors such as Education, Leisure, Sports, Health, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism

Customer engagement experience at a Regional and Head Office Level

Computer Literate. Proficient in Microsoft programs Excel & PowerPoint

Knowledge of CRM Tools, such as Nutshell and Salesforce

Valid drivers licence
