Job Objective:
To contribute to sales growth and expand by acquiring new clients, developing strong business relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing suitable solutions that support sales targets and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales: Identify new sales opportunities and acquire clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional, and long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Field Sales: Conduct field visits and client meetings to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Work toward achieving assigned sales targets in line with approved plans and strategies.
- Sales Opportunity Follow-up: Follow up with potential clients and manage the sales cycle through to contract completion.
- Market Needs Analysis: Monitor market opportunities and trends and contribute to expanding the customer base.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a field-based environment and achieve sales targets.
- Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
