We are seeking a high-potential Sales Executive with 4–6 years of UAE experience in software sales to drive growth across our data center infrastructure and monitoring software portfolio.
This role requires a balanced skillset across hardware-led environments (power, cooling, facilities) and software-led value selling (DCIM, monitoring, analytics, sustainability platforms). The ideal candidate can identify opportunities within existing infrastructure accounts and position software as a strategic layer for visibility, efficiency, and uptime.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of data center infrastructure solutions (power, cooling, racks, edge infrastructure) along with monitoring/DCIM software platforms
- Build and manage a robust pipeline across enterprise, data center operators, telecom, government, and large commercial clients
- Identify and develop software attach opportunities within infrastructure-led deals and installed base accounts
- Engage customers in consultative discussions around uptime, energy efficiency, capacity planning, and sustainability
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and end-to-end solution positioning (infra + software stack)
- Work with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver demos, PoCs, and integrated solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, and system integrators
- Contribute to RFP/RFQ responses, technical submissions, and commercial proposals
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and CRM updates
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven ability to sell software solutions in the UAE market (4–6 years)
- Good understanding of data center environments (power, cooling, IT infrastructure, or facilities)
- Strong consultative and solution-selling approach (not transactional selling)
- Ability to articulate business value (ROI, uptime, efficiency, sustainability)
- Experience in hybrid sales (hardware + software or capex + opex models) is highly valuable
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and commercially focused
Experience & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in software or technology solution sales in the UAE
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Business
- Exposure to data center, BMS, EMS, IoT, or monitoring platforms is preferred
- Experience working with partners, OEMs, or system integrators is an advantage
