About the Role

Tooth Tastic Dental Clinic is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive (Dental Clinic) to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting patient inquiries into confirmed appointments, following up with potential and existing patients, and providing an exceptional patient experience from the first contact until treatment completion.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, website inquiries, and social media messages.

Convert patient inquiries into confirmed appointments.

Follow up with patients who have not yet booked or completed their treatment.

Explain clinic services, offers, and treatment options professionally.

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.

Build trust with patients and provide outstanding customer service.

Coordinate with doctors to ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow.

Maintain accurate patient records using the clinic management system.

Achieve monthly appointment booking and sales targets.

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory).

Arabic is an added advantage.

Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.

Friendly, confident, and patient-focused personality.

Ability to convert inquiries into appointments.

Excellent follow-up and customer relationship skills.

Good computer and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or patient coordination.

Experience in a dental clinic, aesthetic clinic, medical center, or healthcare facility in the UAE is a strong advantage.

Experience handling WhatsApp Business, phone calls, and online inquiries.

Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
