About the role:

We're looking for a confident, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. You'll be the face of Hookseek building relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities, and helping brands unlock their creative potential through our services.

If you're charismatic, persuasive, and passionate about digital marketing, branding, and social media, this role is for you.

What you will do:

• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across key industries.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Present creative and marketing solutions in a consultative, compelling way.
• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to align client goals with agency capabilities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads effectively.

Who you are:

• Currently based in Qatar with a valid Qatar driving license.
• Presentable, confident, and fluent in English & Arabic is must
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in sales or client servicing preferably within advertising, media, or digital marketing.
• Passionate about creative campaigns and brand storytelling.
• Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets.
