We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in UAE banking direct sales to promote and sell financial products such as Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and Multi-Products.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell banking products including credit cards, personal loans, and other financial solutions
- Identify potential customers through direct sales, referrals, and lead generation activities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with banking policies
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely processing and approvals
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of UAE banking direct sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets with strong incentive earnings
- Good understanding of banking products (Credit Cards, Personal Loans, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
