Role Description

We are seeking a high-energy, commercially sharpSales Executiveto lead business development and client engagement across theMENA region, with base operations in Dubai.

You will represent our brand at key industry events, build strong client relationships, drive new business, and support the strategic expansion of our offerings in the MENA market.

This is afield-forward, relationship-driven sales role ideal for someone confident in owning territory expansion and delivering against ambitious commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Drive new business acquisition across the MENA region
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Convert prospects into active clients through strong relationship selling

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build credibility with C-Suite executives and key decision-makers
  • Lead sales conversations from discovery to closure
  • Maintain long-term engagement with strategic clients

Market Expansion Dubai & MENA

  • Support strategic execution of Dubai and MENA expansion plans
  • Gather regional market intelligence and competitive insights
  • Identify new verticals and partnership opportunities

Events, Networking & Brand Representation

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and forums
  • Create opportunities through in-person engagement and strategic visibility
  • Speak fluently about offerings in high-impact settings
  • Provide feedback to refine positioning and go-to-market approach

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills

  • 37+ years in sales / business development / client engagement
  • Track record selling to enterprise / mid market clients
  • Prior experience in MENA markets preferably Dubai
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with outbound sales and in-person event presence
