1. Position OverviewDWP IT Arabia is seeking a Sales Executive to support business development across our ERP and software solutions portfolio. The role focuses primarily on Odoo ERP, with additional responsibility for promoting analytics solutions, financial reconciliation tools, AI-driven automation, and other ERP offerings delivered by the company.
The position requires strong organisational skills, disciplined pipeline management, and the ability to engage clients professionally throughout the sales cycle.
2. Key Responsibilities2.1 Opportunity Development- Build and maintain a structured and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities.
- Identify prospects through personal network, outreach activities, and market research.
- Conduct initial meetings to understand client requirements and assess potential fit.
- Focus on the Riyadh market and attend in-person client meetings as required.
2.2 ERP (Odoo) Sales Engagement- Present the value of Odoo's functional modules (Finance, Sales, HR, Inventory, Purchasing, Projects).
- Coordinate with presales for demonstrations and technical clarifications.
- Capture client needs accurately and share documented summaries with internal teams.
2.3 Cross-Solution PromotionSupport sales activities across DWP's additional software offerings, including:
- Analytics and dashboarding
- Financial reconciliation and data governance
- AI automation modules
- Other ERPs offered by the company
2.4 Proposal & Documentation Support- Work with internal teams to prepare proposals and respond to client requests.
- Ensure that opportunity details, scope elements, and assumptions are documented clearly.
- Track proposal status and maintain timely follow-up with clients.
2.5 Client Relationship Management- Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop an understanding of client priorities, timelines, and decision-making processes.
- Support the handover of closed deals to delivery teams with clear documentation.
2.6 Internal Coordination & Reporting- Share accurate meeting notes, requirements, and updates with presales and delivery teams.
- Provide weekly pipeline reports with deal stages, values, and next steps.
- Maintain CRM discipline to ensure visibility of all active opportunities.
3. Candidate Requirements3.1 Experience & Knowledge- Experience in ERP or software solution sales; Odoo experience is preferred.
- Understanding of sales processes, requirement gathering, and proposal coordination.
- Familiarity with business applications and digital transformation solutions.
3.2 Skills & Competencies- Strong organisational skills with reliable documentation and follow-up habits.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and client interactions concurrently.
- Comfortable conducting meetings independently and presenting business solutions.
3.3 Location & Network- Must be based in Riyadh.
- A professional network within the Riyadh SME or mid-market segment is an advantage.
- Valid Iqama is mandatory.
3.4 Language- Arabic and English are both required.
4. Performance Expectations- Maintain an accurate and structured weekly pipeline.
- Generate a steady flow of qualified opportunities for presales engagement.
- Provide timely documentation and updates after client meetings.
- Support the completion of proposals and progress opportunities toward closure.
