Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ELV/ICT Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and expand client relationships in the Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and ICT solutions sector. The role involves promoting products and services such as structured cabling, CCTV, access control, AV solutions, networking, data centers, and smart building technologies, while achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in ELV and ICT solutions across commercial, residential, hospitality, and industrial sectors.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, client meetings, and proposal submissions.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, technical proposals, and quotations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing product knowledge and technical support during pre- and post-sales phases.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing after-sales support in coordination with technical teams.
- Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and market trends in ELV, ICT, and smart building systems.
- Work closely with vendors and distributors to promote new solutions and secure competitive pricing.
- Conduct competitor analysis to position the company's products and services effectively.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate with design, estimation, and technical teams to prepare BOQs, compliance statements, and solution proposals.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and forecasts.
- Report regularly to sales management on progress, challenges, and market opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 35 years of sales experience in ELV/ICT systems (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, networking, AV, BMS, data center solutions, etc.).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong technical knowledge of ICT infrastructure and ELV systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Valid UAE/GCC driving license preferred.
