Role Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through real estate valuation services. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, conducting sales presentations, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role3-4 years of experiencelocated inRiyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to enhance performance.
  • Proficient in building and sustaining client relationships and working collaboratively with teams.
  • Analytical thinking and an understanding of the real estate valuation field are an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market and fluency in Arabic and English are highly desirable.
