Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a motivated Sales Executive (B2B Software / SaaS) to join a growing SaaS company specializing in salon management systems. The role focuses on converting qualified leads provided by the company into active clients. The ideal candidate is a strong closer with previous B2B software or retail-related sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup. This position

requires someone confident, presentable, and capable of building trust with business owners while achieving monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact and follow up with qualified leads provided by the company
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly targets
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding new clients
  • Provide feedback on market trends and client requirements

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 2- 4 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS, software, retail, or service industries)
  • Experience dealing with SMEs or retail business owners is preferred
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong closing skills (Closer profile not required to generate leads)
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid work model
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and basic sales reporting tools
  • Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills
