On behalf of our client, we are seeking a motivated Sales Executive (B2B Software / SaaS) to join a growing SaaS company specializing in salon management systems. The role focuses on converting qualified leads provided by the company into active clients. The ideal candidate is a strong closer with previous B2B software or retail-related sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup. This position
requires someone confident, presentable, and capable of building trust with business owners while achieving monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with qualified leads provided by the company
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding new clients
- Provide feedback on market trends and client requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 2- 4 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS, software, retail, or service industries)
- Experience dealing with SMEs or retail business owners is preferred
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong closing skills (Closer profile not required to generate leads)
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work model
- Proficient in using CRM systems and basic sales reporting tools
- Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills
