Job Description

Sales Executive Eastern Region (Saudi Arabia)

Company: Ezorder

Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia (Dammam / Al Khobar / Dhahran & surrounding areas)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and acquire new customers in the Eastern Province.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct regular client visits, product demonstrations, and business meetings.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions based on Ezorder's offerings.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms in line with company policies.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare daily activity reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Coordinate closely with operations, customer support, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Ezorder professionally in all customer interactions.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 25 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the Eastern Region market and customer landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field.
  • Good proficiency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and email communication tools.
