Our client is a leading diversified business group based in the UAE for over 50 years, specializing in FMCG, manufacturing, trading, distribution, real estate, construction, facility management etc delivering innovative solutions and high-quality products to regional and international markets. They have offices in KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and in the UAE.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for joinery and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the construction, interior design, and real estate sectors, with a proven track record of closing high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for joinery and fit-out works.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new project opportunities in the commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the estimation and design teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct site visits, attend meetings, and follow up on leads and ongoing projects.
- Negotiate terms and close contracts in line with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to support business growth.
- Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure successful project handover.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in joinery and fit-out projects in the UAE market.
- Proven network of contacts within consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Technical understanding of joinery materials, finishes, and fit-out processes.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
