Driving License: UAE Driving License required
Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Executive with experience in the UAE Facility Management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the FM sector
- Meet clients, attend site visits, and present company services
- Prepare proposals and quotations
- Follow up with clients and close deals
- Build strong relationships with property managers, developers, and corporate clients
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Maintain client database and regular follow-ups
Requirements:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in UAE Facility Management sales
- Good knowledge of UAE market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle full sales cycle
