Sales executive- Fire & Life Safety Solutions

At EFS Facilities Services, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive – Fire & Life Safety Solutions to drive business growth and expand our client portfolio within the fire protection industry. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets by promoting fire safety solutions and services.

Role Overview:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market presence, build strong relationships with customers, and generate revenue opportunities within the fire and life safety sector. The role requires strong technical understanding of fire protection systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with consultants, contractors, facility management companies, and end users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fire protection and life safety market.

• Generate leads, conduct client visits, and build strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.

• Promote fire safety solutions including fire alarm systems, fire fighting systems, fire suppression systems, emergency systems, and related maintenance services.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.

• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, presentations, and sales documentation in coordination with internal teams.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, client meetings, negotiation, contract finalisation, and handover.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and market updates.

• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.

• Participate in client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, opportunities, and performance reports.

What We're Looking For:

• 3–6 years of experience in sales/business development within the fire protection, fire & life safety, MEP, FM, or building services industry.

• Proven experience in selling fire safety products, systems, maintenance contracts, or technical solutions.

• Strong understanding of fire protection systems such as fire alarm, fire fighting, fire suppression, and life safety solutions.

• Experience working with consultants, contractors, facility management companies, developers, and end users.

• Strong business development, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple client opportunities.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach towards lead generation and business growth.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/sales tracking tools.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

• Technical certifications or knowledge related to fire protection systems will be an added advantage.
