Responsible for achievement of set growth, distribution and visibility targets in line with the brand objectives in the assigned Territory/ customers.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of the Sales, distribution and visibility objectives in line with the brand and channel objectives for the set of assigned customers.
- Effective customer management in order to ensure excellence in the implementation of business priorities.
- Periodic review of performance and propose, discuss/agree customer specific business development plans with the Outlet Managers.
- Ensure prompt listing of new products in line with POP Objectives
- Ensure stock replenishment through timely order processing and close coordination with the Logistics delivery team.
- Responsible to ensure timely submission of monthly statements to the assigned customers and cheque collections as per the due dates.
- Responsible for maintaining Factbook containing Sales Vs Targets, MSL List, Planograms, Customer and Trade Information etc
- Monitor and coordinate the day to day merchandising priorities and provide on field coaching and mentoring to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- 3-5years of experience in FMCG sales in UAE is mandatory.
- Experience in handling Key Accounts preferred.
- Graduate degree, MBA from an accredited university preferred
- Basiclevel ofunderstanding of category management
- Local driving license
