Candidates will only be considered if they already have strong contacts with major supermarkets in the UAE, FMCG distributors in the UAE and GCC, and retail decision-makers.
Additional advantage will be given to candidates who also have connections with restaurants, hotels, cafés, and food service businesses.
We are looking for a well-connected FMCG Sales Executive with UAE/GCC experience in F&B, supermarkets, grocery chains, retail outlets, and distribution.
Responsibilities
- Approach and close deals with major supermarkets, hypermarkets, grocery chains, retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Secure product listings for our F&B products across UAE supermarket chains and GCC retail/distribution channels.
- Build B2B contracts with distributors and retailers in the UAE and GCC, including markets such as KSA.
- Complete all required product listing and licensing requirements within supermarket chains.
- Maintain communication with supermarket buyers, purchasing teams, category managers, distributors, and key account managers.
- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, wholesalers, and food service contacts.
- Present products, pricing, samples, proposals, and listing documents to buyers and distributors.
- Negotiate pricing, margins, promotions, shelf placement, payment terms, and launch plans.
- Ensure products are well stocked, properly displayed, and presented professionally in stores.
- Maintain minimum stock levels and coordinate new orders when required.
- Monitor stock movement, sales performance, market demand, competitor activity, and retail feedback.
- Liaise with the finance department regarding invoices, payments, credit terms, collections, and account updates.
- Follow up until products are approved, stocked, displayed, reordered, and promoted properly.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of UAE/GCC experience in FMCG, F&B sales, retail sales, supermarket sales, or distribution.
- Must have existing contacts with major supermarkets in the UAE.
- Must have contacts with FMCG distributors in the UAE and GCC.
- Experience dealing with restaurants, hotels, cafés, and food service businesses is an advantage.
- Must have experience handling F&B products such as food, drinks, fruits, vegetables, meat, canned food, packaged food, or other consumer food products.
- Must understand supermarket listing processes, product approvals, licensing, margins, promotions, shelf placement, and buyer follow-up.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Must be confident, proactive, target-driven, and able to close deals.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
- Must be based in the UAE.
