Job Description:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the hotel. You will actively seek out and engage potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key partners. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to effectively promote the hotel's services, packages, and event spaces to potential clients. You will collaborate with the sales team and hotel management to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect new business opportunities to generate leads and secure new accounts.
Nurture existing client relationships to encourage repeat business and foster brand loyalty.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing detailed information about the hotel's offerings.
Conduct property tours and showcase the hotel's facilities to potential clients.
Participate in sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities to maximize exposure and revenue.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales campaigns effectively.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the hospitality industry (hotel experience preferred).
Strong sales acumen and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with Dubai's hospitality market and business landscape.
Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven individual.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
