EGXPRESS Licensee of Federal Express (FedEx), is seeking a Sales Executive (Freight forwarding) to join our company.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize internal and external tools to negotiate shipping freight rates with Carriers or Airlines.
- Exude the highest level of customer service to both internal and external business partners and set the expectations that the task given will be completed to their satisfaction.
- Expand and cultivate the Company's carrier and agent network while developing new partner relationships.
- Provide customer quotations with a systematic follow-up system.
- Prepare daily sales report and Quarterly business plan.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to determine their daily and weekly shipping needs.
- Ensure that all clients freight loads are shipped on time.
- Work closely with operations and the CS team to provide smooth and efficient customer care.
- Develop a database of prospective clients, as well as Account Management, to retain and grow the existing client base.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor's educational degree (Preferable Logistics field or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the field of sales Freight Forwarding.
- Must have in-depth knowledge about the market and freight forwarding industry.
- Excellent English Language both written and spoken.
