Role Description: (Sales Executive/BD)

Hausfit is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to generate new business for our interior fit-out, renovation, and maintenance services. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, understand project requirements, and turn enquiries into confirmed projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients, including homeowners, landlords, property managers, and businesses.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, calls, and site visits.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Present our services, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
• Follow up on enquiries and quotations while maintaining accurate sales records.
• Coordinate with the operations team for a smooth handover of confirmed projects.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and develop repeat business.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience of minimum 4 years in interior fit-out, renovation, maintenance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and explain suitable service options.
• A proactive, target-driven approach with strong follow-up skills.
• UAE market experience and a valid UAE driving licence are preferred.
