Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for managing and developing the assigned territory by driving sales growth, expanding distribution, and strengthening customer relationships across the pharmacy channel. The role focuses on achieving sales and coverage targets, ensuring product availability and visibility, executing in-store fundamentals, and identifying new business opportunities within the region.
The incumbent will work closely with pharmacies & internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution, timely collections, market intelligence sharing, and strong sell-out performance while contributing to the overall growth and market presence of the company's brands.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and develop the assigned geographic territory (Dubai / Abu Dhabi / Sharjah & Northern Emirates) through regular pharmacy visits to ensure optimal product distribution, availability, visibility, and execution of in-store fundamentals in line with brand guidelines.
Achieve monthly sales targets, distribution objectives, and coverage KPIs within the assigned region.
Develop new business opportunities by opening new pharmacy accounts and expanding the customer base in line with company strategy.
Promote and educate pharmacists and customers on the company's portfolio, product features, benefits, SKU range, and new launches to drive sell-out and brand awareness.
Ensure timely order generation, collection, and coordination with supply chain and logistics teams to maintain smooth delivery operations and high service levels.
Monitor stock levels across outlets to minimize out-of-stock situations and maximize shelf presence, share of shelf, and overall brand visibility.
Follow up on receivables, payment collections, and customer SOA reconciliation in coordination with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends, while providing regular market intelligence and actionable feedback to internal stakeholders.
Identify opportunities and propose initiatives to accelerate sell-out, improve market penetration, and strengthen market leadership within the channel.
Maintain accurate daily call reports, sales trackers, investment records, and customer documentation while ensuring effective utilization of company systems and tools.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement, professional communication, and proactive issue resolution to support long-term business growth.
