Sales Engineer – Sinotruk | Dubai

Division: Trucks / Heavy Commercial Vehicles

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our growing Heavy Commercial Vehicle Team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in truck and heavy commercial vehicle sales, excellent customer relationships and the technical knowledge to understand and present commercial vehicle solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Sinotruk heavy commercial vehicles and trucks across the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners, transport companies, contractors, and key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market development and customer visits.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate truck and vehicle solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow the sales process through to completion.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
• Work closely with After Sales, Parts, and Service teams to ensure a strong customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline information.

Essentials:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in selling trucks / heavy commercial vehicles in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle and trucking market.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English & Arabic.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a field-based sales environment.
