Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, catering companies, cafés) for tableware and kitchenware products
- Manage and grow relationships with existing HORECA accounts, ensuring high retention and repeat business
- Present product catalogs, samples, and customized solutions to chefs, F&B directors, purchasing managers, and hotel/restaurant owners
- Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, pricing, and contracts in line with company policy
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for the HORECA segment
- Conduct market research to identify new HORECA prospects, competitor activity, and emerging trends
- Coordinate with the supply chain/logistics team to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support
- Attend industry trade shows, hospitality exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management
- Work closely with the product/purchasing team to recommend products suited to HORECA client needs
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably within HORECA, hospitality supplies, tableware/kitchenware, or FMCG channels
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building B2B client relationships
- Strong network or familiarity with hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses is a strong advantage
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to travel regularly for client visits, site meetings, and trade events
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in Arabic and English
