About the Role: The position will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer engagement for the Hot Water Solutions (HWS) Division within the assigned territory. This role combines strategic market development with hands-on sales execution to promote the entire range of HWS products. The incumbent will engage closely with dealers, builders, architects, and end customers, ensuring strong business relationships and effective product penetration. A key focus will be on developing the market, conducting technical product trainings, and ensuring exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement and support.
KeyResponsibilities
- Promote and drive sales for the complete range of Hot Water Solutions (HWS) products across the assigned territory through strategic market development and direct customer engagement.
- Convert the prospect pipeline into successful sales, achieving value and volume targets across categories.
- Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, builders, architects, and interior designers through regular visits, presentations, and project-based engagements.
- Conduct product training sessions and technical demonstrations for dealer sales staff, enhancing their capability to independently promote and sell HWS products.
- Implement the Right Display Matrix at dealer counters and ensure effective product visibility across showrooms.
- Spend focused time at dealer counters (23 hours daily) to demonstrate sales processes, resolve dealer issues, and ensure seamless product promotion.
- Conduct site visits with end customers, retail builders, and architects to promote HWS concepts and convert opportunities into business.
- Develop customized presentations and ROI-based pitches tailored to builders and architects specific project requirements.
- Identify and add new builders, architects, and channel partners each month, maintaining an updated universe and relationship tracker.
- Collect and report market intelligence on competitors activities, pricing, product developments, and customer preferences for strategic inputs.
- Actively participate in launching and promoting new products, ensuring market penetration through dealer counters and influencer networks.
Key Competencies

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (preferred) and Sales software

Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Post graduation/Engineering degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven track record of 5 to 8 years experience in sales or related field as Business development, Product Promotions
