HYDRO is looking for a driven Sales Executive to support our growth across valves, piping systems, firefighting solutions, and plumbing systems within the construction and MEP sectors.
This role is ideal for candidates with a strong sales mindset and commercial drive. Experience in construction or technical products is a plus, but not required full training and technical support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Promote and sell our range of MEP solutions to contractors, consultants, and project owners
Follow up on RFQs, quotations, and tenders
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Negotiate and close sales opportunities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
15 years of experience in sales (construction/MEP is a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to learn technical products
Target-driven and proactive mindset
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Engineering background (Mechanical or related)
Experience in MEP, construction materials, or project-based sales
Existing network within contractors or consultants
