Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience, preferably in the steel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This role requires achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating with internal teams to support projects and tenders. Strong communication, negotiation, and market knowledge are essential, along with fluency in Arabic and English and a valid driving license.
Key Responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Manage inbound enquiries, follow up on leads and identify potential projects and upcoming tenders in the market.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, pricing, and after-sales support.
- Create new leads and business opportunities through research, networking, and market outreach.
- Coordinate with internal teams, attend relevant events and exhibitions.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions and opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 25 years of sales experience
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Strong understanding of steel products, specifications, and applications.
- Valid driving license.
- Strong proficiency in Arabic and English.
