Job Purpose
The Technical Sales Executive drives revenue growth through a hybrid role, managing face-to-face showroom transactions and executing outdoor business development campaigns across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
Indoor Sales Operations
- Assist walk-in clients by delivering technical product specifications and formal quotes.
- Process sales orders and sync with the warehouse to ensure prompt delivery timelines.
- Resolve incoming queries received via phone, email, or direct showroom visits.
- Maintain CRM data by updating customer profiles and historical transaction records.
Outdoor Business Development
- Conduct site visits targeting contractors, consultants, and developers across the Emirates.
- Deliver product presentations and live demonstrations to secure technical approvals.
- Negotiate pricing terms and follow up on open quotes to successfully close deals.
- Pipeline new leads to consistently meet or exceed monthly corporate sales targets.
Operations & Reporting
- Compile sales reports and deliver real-time market feedback to management.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts of high-demand items.
- Support promotional events, trade exhibitions, and regional marketing campaigns.
Job Requirements
Experience & Education
- 10+ years of sales experience specifically within Building Materials, Plumbing, or HVAC.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred for this position.
- Valid UAE Driving License is strictly mandatory for outdoor duties.
