Sales Executive Interior Fit-Out

Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Executive – Interior Fit-Out role is based in Dubai and focuses on driving business growth for interior fit-out projects. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and contractors, and prepare proposals and quotations tailored to project requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting site visits and client meetings, presenting design and fit-out solutions in coordination with the design and project teams, and negotiating contracts to close deals. The role also involves tracking sales pipelines, updating CRM or internal systems, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and ensuring a smooth handover of confirmed projects to the delivery team. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to align client expectations, timelines, and budgets is essential.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales within interior fit-out, interior design, construction, or related sectors, preferably in Dubai or the wider UAE market.
• Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills, including the ability to build networks with developers, contractors, and corporate clients.
• Ability to understand interior design and fit-out concepts, read or interpret basic drawings, and communicate technical details clearly to clients.
• Solid negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency (e.g., Arabic) is an advantage.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms to manage leads, proposals, and reports.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus, with the ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in sales and fit-out.
