Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key clients (ICT companies, facility management firms, government entities, and large corporations).
- Sell the company's solutions: events, B2B training programs, sponsorships, and marketing communications (MARCOM) solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals and technical offers tailored to client needs.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in the target markets
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, providing recommendations to refine sales strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing and event management teams to ensure successful execution and value delivery to clients.
- Attend events and exhibitions to expand the network and generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and follow-up plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Minimum of 3 years of prior B2B sales experience, preferably in events, training, or services sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
