Our client is a well-established and highly regarded furniture and interior solutions company in the UAE, known for delivering high-quality fixed and loose furniture. With a strong showroom presence and a growing portfolio of apartment, villa, and community projects, they partner closely with developers, architects, interior designers, and private clients to deliver end-to-end solutions.
They are currently looking to hire a Sales Executive (B2B Showroom)
This role is suited for a commercially focused sales professional with solid exposure to residential furniture or interiors projects within the UAE market.
Key responsibilities:
Build and manage relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and private residential clients
Identify and convert new residential project opportunities
Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry through execution and handover
Prepare detailed quotations, BOQs, and proposals
Negotiate pricing and payment terms while maintaining target margins
Coordinate internally with design, production, procurement, logistics, and installation teams
Conduct showroom presentations, mock-ups, and site visits
Track projects accurately within CRM and contribute to revenue growth
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in home dcor, modular furniture, interiors, or fit-out
Strong B2B residential project exposure
Ability to interpret layouts, drawings, and BOQs
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Commercially driven with margin awareness
Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Fluent English required. Arabic is a strong advantage
