The role will be remotely based in Saudi Arabia with travel to meet the business needs.

What you'll be doing:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Develop and deliver proposals and pitches to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Track, monitor, and report on business development activities.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Support the creation and delivery of business development strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to generate leads.

What we're looking for:

• Strong knowledge of the construction industry in KSA, with an extensive network of main contractors is essential.
• Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Proven experience in business development is essential.
• Technical certification or diploma in business administration, sales, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
