Job Description:

Responsible for managing and converting leads into successful sales for individual life insurance products, including Life and Critical Illness (CI), within the retail business segment. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer engagement, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and achieving sales targets through effective lead management and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management:
  • Handle assigned leads promptly and efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead status and progress in CRM systems.
  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Promote and sell individual Medical, Life insurance and CI products to retail customers.
  • Conduct needs-based analysis to recommend suitable solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company guidelines.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Provide clear product information and address customer queries professionally.
  • Compliance & Quality:
  • Adhere to UAE regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Ensure proper documentation and disclosures during the sales process.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of life insurance products and CI coverage.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in life insurance sales preferred.
