Job SummaryLeeds Catering is expanding its sales team and is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to grow our catering business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the catering and food services sector.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities for catering services (corporate, events, sites, and contracts).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and catering teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in sales (experience in catering, FMCG, or services is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Owning a car is a plus.
