Sales Executive (Logistics)

We're hiring a Sales Executive to generate new business for our storage solutions among SME clients, manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate comes from a warehousing or storage background and knows how to sell space, not just products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for storage and warehousing solutions among SME businesses — retailers, traders, e-commerce sellers, and small distributors
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline of SME leads & tracking opportunities
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and warehouse walkthroughs
• Prepare tailored storage proposals, quotations, and pricing
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of activities and deals in the CRM
• Build strong client relationships to drive retention and repeat business
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
• Stay current on UAE warehousing/logistics market trends and competitor activity

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–3 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in warehousing, storage, logistics, or related B2B sectors
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (required for client visits across the Emirates)
• Good working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo) for pipeline and lead management
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Bachelor's degree preferred
