About the the Job:

Prospects and develop sales strategies and attract new clients as per the preset objectives & strategies, The candidate will be responsible for selling complete End-to-End (Door-to-Door) logistics solutions. The role focuses on offering integrated services starting from the shipper's location at origin until final delivery to the customer, covering all logistics stages including ports, shipping, customs clearance, inland transportation, and last mile delivery.

Accountabilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target.
  • Sell and promote End-to-End / Door-to-Door logistics solutions.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the end-to-end services.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Set up a sales pipeline to determine the effectiveness of personal sales strategies.
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service to retain customers.
  • Generate leads.
  • Sell products and services to clients while managing and growing existing client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping sales.
  • Strong experience in selling End-to-End / Door-to-Door logistics solutions.
  • Solid understanding of ports, shipping lines, customs procedures, and inland logistics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Very good English Language Skills.
  • Target-oriented with strong business development mindset.
