Sales Executive Logistics & Shipping

EG Parcel Express (EPX) is a logistics company that lets customers in Egypt shop from international websites and have their orders delivered to their door. We are looking for a Sales Executive to win new clients, grow our shipping volumes, and build long-term customer relationships.

• Find and approach new clients (e-commerce sellers, SMEs, importers, and corporate accounts) through calls, visits, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Present EPX's shipping and shop-and-ship services and prepare quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate rates and terms, and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead to onboarding to first shipment.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service so shipments are delivered smoothly and issues are resolved.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular follow-up and upselling.
• Keep the sales pipeline and client records up to date in the CRM, and submit weekly sales reports.
• Monitor competitors pricing and services, and share market feedback with management.

• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or a related field.
• [1–3 years] of sales experience, preferably in logistics, courier, freight forwarding, or e-commerce.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Good command of English and fluent Arabic.
• Good knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets; CRM experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of international shipping and customs procedures is a plus.
