Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Responding to all customer inquiries regarding the product
- Provide accurate information such as product features, prices and after-sales services.
- Responding to customers regarding products and services.
- Supervising the procedures for returning and replacing products.
- Informing customers about the latest offers and special discounts on an ongoing basis.
- Submit periodic reports on customer feedback to the store manager.
- Always be aware of new products and services
- Customer satisfaction evaluation
Qualifications
- 2-5 years quota carrying sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
