What You'll Be Doing As a Sales Executive

Generate new corporate, long-stay, and group business.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and travel agencies.
Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings.
Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and close deals.
Update CRM and prepare basic sales reports.
Support the team with events, VIP arrivals, and promotions.

What We're Looking For

Participate in training programs, motivate team members, and support employee growth.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in hotel sales (13 years preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Professional, proactive, and target-driven.
Knowledge of Riyadh market is a plus.
