The role

MCL is hiring an Outbound Sales Executive (UAE) to drive new business customer acquisition through high-volume outbound calling and meeting-setting. You'll be based in Egypt, working the UAE market, booking qualified meetings for our on-the-ground BDMs to close. You'll report into the UAE and work closely with the sales and credit teams to keep the pipeline clean and moving.

Your impact

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to UAE SMEs to generate interest and qualify opportunities
  • Book and coordinate qualified meetings for UAE-based BDMs to close in person
  • Build and manage a pipeline of direct business customers (prospecting qualification handover)
  • Identify decision-makers, understand funding needs, and position MCL clearly and confidently
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, deal stages, and follow-up schedules with strong discipline
  • Drive show-up rates and meeting quality through confirmations, reminders, and pre-meeting prep
  • Work with credit/ops to pre-qualify deals and ensure clean handovers (docs, context, expectations)
  • Share feedback on objections, competitor activity, and market trends to improve scripts and targeting

What we're looking for

  • 25 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, telesales, SDR/BDR, or appointment-setting (ideally in finance/fintech/lending/SaaS)
  • Confident phone presence with strong objection handling and the ability to engage decision-makers
  • Comfortable with high activity targets (daily calls, follow-ups, meeting-booking KPIs)
  • Strong qualification skills (need, urgency, affordability, decision process) and clean handover discipline
  • Highly organised, persistent, and accountable with excellent follow-through
  • Clear communication in English (Arabic a strong advantage)
  • A team player who thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments
