Role Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious, proactive, and commercially astute B2B Technical Sales Executive to drive wholesale and enterprise business development. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our commercial footprint into high-compliance sectors including utilities, government and semi-government entities, manufacturing facilities, facilities management (FM), and industrial plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Actively hunt, pitch, and secure bulk PPE supply agreements and framework contracts across target B2B accounts.
• Commercial Discipline: Manage client accounts strictly aligned with company commercial guidelines, negotiating favourable payment structures.
• Exhibition & Field Execution: Act as a lead commercial representative during major industry expos, converting footfall into high-value procurement pipelines.
• Technical Compliance: Present product compliance sheets, technical specifications, and ANSI/EN/CE certifications to HSE managers, engineers, and procurement committees.
• Account Growth: Build sustainable, repeating order cycles with procurement managers, facility directors, and industrial contractors.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record in B2B & B2C field sales within the UAE industrial, PPE, safety equipment, or building materials supply sector.
• Language Skills: Full professional fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required for managing vendor relations and technical tenders.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation capability with an emphasis on selling quality, compliance, and reliability rather than competing solely on loose credit terms.
• Residency: Candidates with transferable employment visas, valid family/spouse sponsorship, or independent residency permits with legal work authorisation are welcomed.
