Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and growing a client base across corporate, associations, and MICE segments. The role focuses on generating business for El Gouna and Taba Heights through proactive sales efforts, including prospecting, client acquisition, and relationship management.
The candidate will actively identify new opportunities, support in negotiating rates for accommodation and meetings, and contribute to achieving revenue targets in line with the destinations commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively search for and develop new corporate and MICE business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with new clients and assigned accounts
- Conduct sales calls, including cold calls, meetings, and presentations
- Support in negotiating rates and preparing proposals in line with company strategy
- Achieve assigned targets for revenue and room nights
- Coordinate with internal departments (Reservations, Revenue, Operations) to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry
- Strong interest in sales, particularly within corporate and MICE segments
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
