Job Title:
Sales Executive Private Label
Job Purpose:
To drive the growth and market penetration of the company's private label automotive spare parts across assigned territories or channels. Responsible for increasing sales, expanding distribution, acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and ensuring brand performance aligned with organization objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Market Expansion
- Sell and promote private label spare parts (e.g., batteries, filters, brake pads, lubricants, shock absorbers, etc.) to resellers, workshops, fleet and distributors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track and analyze sales trends and recommend product mix, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Customer Acquisition & Retention:
- Identify new opportunities in the market and sign up new resellers, retail shops, fleet and garages.
- Collaborate with key customers to increase brand visibility and loyalty.
- Provide product training, support, and walk-through presentations to key customer accounts.
Brand & Product Positioning:
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and compliance with the company's marketing guidelines.
- Promote new product launches, campaigns, bundle offers, seasonal promotions, etc.
- Collect customer feedback to improve product features, packaging, or branding.
Sales Operations Support:
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams for timely product availability.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and customer feedback.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and market visits to promote private label awareness.
- Follow up on customer collections to ensure timely payment and maintain healthy cash flow.
Reporting & Data Management:
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer data using CRM or designated tools.
- Submit required daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on time as per company protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales of automotive spare parts (private label/FMCG background preferred).
- Strong commercial understanding of market dynamics, customer segments, and pricing models.
- Advanced communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and MS Office.
- Valid driving license with own vehicle (preferred).
