Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to develop FMCG sales, manage existing customers, and identify new business opportunities across KSA. The role will focus on generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fullfilment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for international markets
• Identify and approach new customers, distributors, and business partners
• Manage and grow relationships with existing international clients
• Generate leads through market research, outbound sales, networking, and industry contacts
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and close sales
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on leads and opportunities
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer requirements
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, finance, and operations teams to ensure orders are delivered efficiently
• Manage export orders from initial enquiry through to shipment and delivery
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate CRM/customer records
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events when required
• Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, international sales, or B2B sales
• Experience dealing with international customers and distributors
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Good understanding of export processes, shipping, and international trade documentation
• Strong commercial and business development mindset
• Good command of English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets and customers
• UAE market experience is an advantage
