Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Nasr city, Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with potential clients, managing sales pipelines, and promoting the company's freight forwarding services. Day-to-day tasks include engaging in client outreach, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery. The role requires maintaining market knowledge, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in sales management in logistics field is a must.
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding services such as import, export, air freight, and ocean freight operations
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address customer needs effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Proactive attitude with a target-driven approach to achieving sales goals
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are considered a plus
  • Previous experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry is advantageous
