Sales Executive — Premium Automotive | Dubai

EvExperts Auto is a Dubai-based automotive business specialising in next-generation vehicles. We are an Authorized Reseller for ZEEKR, Li Auto and ROX in the UAE.

We're looking for a strong salesperson who can build trust, understand a client's needs and turn interest into a completed sale. Automotive experience is an advantage, but we also welcome successful sales professionals from other premium, high-value sectors. A passion for cars is essential.

What you'll do

• Work with incoming enquiries and welcome clients to our showroom.

• Understand each client's needs and recommend the right vehicle.

• Deliver engaging vehicle presentations and conduct test drives.

• Manage the full sales process, from first contact through to closing and handover.

• Follow up consistently and keep your leads and next steps organised in our CRM.

• Develop detailed knowledge of our vehicles and explain their benefits clearly.

What we're looking for

• A proven track record in premium, high-value sales.

• Enthusiasm for cars and a willingness to learn the product in depth.

• Confident spoken English.

• Strong listening, communication and negotiation skills.

• A valid driving licence and confident driving skills.

• Ownership of your pipeline, consistent follow-up and a focus on results.

Experience in automotive sales is a strong advantage, but it is not essential.

Earnings — a clear example

Your income combines a fixed salary of AED 5,000 per month with commission averaging 7.5% of the margin on your vehicle sales.

At an average margin of AED 35,000 per vehicle, your commission is approximately AED 2,625 per sale.

• 8 sales: AED 21,000 commission + AED 5,000 salary = AED 26,000 total monthly income.

• 10 sales: AED 26,250 commission + AED 5,000 salary = AED 31,250 total monthly income.

These are illustrative calculations, not guaranteed earnings. Actual commission depends on the applicable commission terms and the margin achieved on each sale.

Working conditions

• Full-time, showroom-based role in Dubai.

• 5–6 working days per week, with a rotating day off.

• Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM.
