Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential leads, managing the sales lifecycle, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves presenting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with property management software
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to achieve sales objectives
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional knowledge of the Dubai real estate or property management market is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably within the property management or related industry
