Sales Executive

Our company is looking for experienced candidates to join our team as Sales Executive :

Contract (6 months) to Perm

Benefits : Basic + Comm + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Account Management

• Manage existing customer accounts.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Follow up on customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Contract Management

• Monitor maintenance contract expiry dates.
• Prepare renewal quotations.
• Follow up on contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate contract records.

Maintenance Coordination

• Schedule preventive maintenance and service visits.
• Coordinate technicians and customer appointments.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed on time.
• Follow up on outstanding service requests.

Sales Administration

• Administer weekly & monthly reports
• Update CRM and customer databases.
• Generate sales and service reports.
• Coordinate with operations and finance teams.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of sales or account management experience.
• Fresh Entry who love to meet & interact with people are welcome.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset.
